Adesto CBRAM (Conductive Bridging RAM) based EEPROM Devices

Adesto Technologies introduces the industry’s first non-volatile memory family based on CBRAM™ technology. From 32Kb to 1Mb, the CBRAM RM24x devices offer functional and electrical compatibility with today’s serial EEPROMs. Offered in both SPI and I2C interfaces, the Adesto devices offer up to10 years of non-volatility. Adesto offers these products as an economical alternative to the products based on the older generation EEPROM technology.
