Adesto’s FlexRAM platform addresses the three semiconductor market areas that rely on the older, higher power memory technologies of DRAM, EEPROM and Flash. Today. Adesto is offering low cost CBRAM^™ for embedded applications like Microcontrollers and SmartCards. In development is the first of many standalone devices that will target ultra low power mobile applications. And in the future, CBRAM will scale with Moore’s Law in order to bring low power and performance to devices that are larger in density.
